2025 Linkedin hiring release
Amid a nationwide hiring slowdown, LinkedIn needed to show existing customers that the new AI-powered innovations rolling out across LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobs, and Employer Brand were worth the investment.
We responded with a high-impact digital campaign that included a microsite, animations, three videos, emails, and social banners. Our goal was to get customers excited about the innovations available today—and give them a glimpse of what was coming next.
While many of the product enhancements were still in development, we needed a way to help customers visualize these powerful new features and understand how they could do more with less.
To solve for this, we created a simplified product UI overlaid on lifestyle photography, paired with short animations that demonstrated how the features worked. The result was LinkedIn’s most impactful and successful campaign at the time—so successful, in fact, that the company asked to replicate the style for LinkedIn Learning.
