We refreshed these LinkedIn Jobs ads that retargeted job posters who started but did not complete a job post on LinkedIn. Tailoring the ads to the four stages of drop-off in the job posting process, we leveraged colorful illustrations and photography paired with punchy headlines. The ads ran on LinkedIn and Facebook.
